Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how EXPLOREAPPS SP Z O O ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with this website and our Android applications that link to this policy.
ExploreTools and MediaFlow are currently presented as upcoming app concepts. This policy describes the local-device approach intended for our apps. App-specific notices will explain the permissions and third-party services used by each released app. We will update this policy before introducing materially different data practices.
1. Information We Collect
Our apps are intended to function using information on your device. They may request access to device features or locally stored files only when needed for a feature you choose to use, such as accessing selected media. Granting a device permission does not, by itself, mean that information is sent to us.
Under this local-device approach, we do not collect or upload your photos, videos, audio files, or other local content to our servers. We do not require an account and do not operate advertising, analytics, or tracking systems in these apps. We do not sell personal information.
You can grant, deny, or revoke permissions in Android settings. Denying access may prevent the related feature from working. Local content remains on your device unless you choose to share it through a separate service.
2. Support Communications
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and provide support. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to address the enquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
3. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information we handle. Local app information is subject to your device's security settings and Android's permission controls. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Keep your device and operating system updated and use appropriate device access controls.
4. Third-Party Services
Our Android apps are distributed through Google Play and may use Google Play Services for platform functionality. Google may process device, diagnostic, or service information under its own policies and your settings. The exact services used will be identified in the relevant app's notices and Google Play Data safety information.
For information about Google's practices, see the Google Privacy Policy and Google's information about partner apps and sites.
5. Website Services
This website does not use contact forms, advertising trackers, or analytics implemented by us. Its styling loads Tailwind CSS from an external CDN. Your browser sends technical request information, including your IP address, to the CDN to retrieve this resource. The website hosting provider may also process technical access logs to deliver and secure the site. These website requests are separate from local app permissions.
6. Retention and Your Choices
You control locally stored app information through the app and Android settings. Uninstalling an app generally removes its private local data; files in shared storage or device backups may remain and can be managed separately. We cannot access or delete files stored only on your device.
For personal information you provide directly to us, you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Other rights may apply under applicable data protection law. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
7. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our apps. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through support communications, please contact us so we can review and address it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services or information practices. The updated version will appear on this page with a revised date. Where appropriate, additional notice will be provided within the relevant app.
